Industri Energi ved forbundsleder Frode Alfheim krever forhandlinger med arbeidsgiverne i olje- og gassnæringen for å avklare hvordan overenskomstene i dagens karantene-situasjon kommer til anvendelse.
Industri Energi ser at det er store forskjeller mellom selskapene i hvordan de praktiserer karantene-bestemmelsene og kompensasjon rundt dette, og ber derfor om forhandlinger med arbeidsgiverforeningene.
-Belastningen for de som blir berørt er stor og situasjonen krever at vi finner gode løsninger på dette, sier Frode Alfheim.

Industri Energi leader Frode Alfheim has claimed negotiations with the employers in the oil and gas industry to clarify application of the agreements during the quarantine situation.
Industri Energi sees that there are major differences between the companies in how they practice the quarantine provisions and compensate around this requirement, and therefore asks for negotiations with the employers’ organisations.
«The burden for those affected is great and the situation requires that we find good solutions to this,» says Frode Alfheim.
